Hal Ingberg (O.A.Q.) is a Canadian architect, artist and “Professeur invité” at the Université de Montréal School of Architecture. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from McGill University in Montreal and his Master’s degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) in Los Angeles.
Ingberg has been the recipient of the Canadian Prix de Rome in architecture, the Canada Council Barcelona Residency, and numerous other distinctions. His work is included in the collections of the Canadian Centre for Architecture, the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec and the Festival International des Jardins, Grand-Métis, Québec. Prior to establishing his practice, he lived in London, Rome, Barcelona and Los Angeles.
